Our pasta makers have an intimate knowledge of every step of the time- honored tradition of making pasta: the flour, the added ingredients, the mixing and extruding, and finally, the drying process. Every product we produce has the touch and oversight of a pasta maker guiding it through the delicate craft of turning flour and water into pasta – in this case, the nation’s best pasta.
Our main course is available from midday and has dishes to suit all taste and appetites, ranging from sandwiches and salads to classic mains such as spaghetti bolognese and english style Fish & Chips.
Our Pizza menu offers an exciting array of selections, including “type” style pizza, “another type” Pizza, and our famous Old fashioned stuffed crust Pizza is made with dough freshly rolled every 2 hours and served with a secret homemade sauce.
All our Snacks & Sandwiches are prepared daily on our premises. Our Sandwich fillings are all Homemade, Natural & without Preservatives. Any Mayonnaise, Olive or Cream Cheese Spread are low in calorie.
