Operations Manager [Female]

Candidates for operation manager position must have ability to manage all aspects of fast-food restaurant operations, including:

• Intimate knowledge of P&L management
• Ability to set and achieve financial/sales targets and goals
• Strong training background: service standards, sanitation/safety practices and management functions
• Understanding of all Systems & Controls
• Computer skills & POS reporting skills required.
• Knowledge and experience with Fast-Food Restaurant or Food & Beverages.

Supervisor

• Two years of supervisory experience in full service dining.
• Knowledge of food, wine and beverage service in fine dining restaurant, hotel or private club.
• College degree in hospitality, business, culinary arts or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Take initiative, responsibility and ownership to solve problems and support growth and profitability.
